The Yunnan Yuxi Chengjiang Power Supply Bureau of Southern Power Grid is planning and deploying charging station infrastructure in accordance with the goal of 'connecting every village', with government enterprise cooperation and mutual benefit. The Chengjiang Municipal Government is responsible for providing land free of charge, while the Yuxi Chengjiang Power Supply Bureau is responsible for the construction of charging stations within its jurisdiction. As of now, 30 charging station stations, 260 charging guns, and a charging power of 12970 kilowatts have been built, covering 30 village committees (communities) in Chengjiang City, Yuxi City. It greatly meets the charging needs of local and self driving tourism charging vehicles in Chengjiang City, and is the first in Yunnan Province to achieve the goal of 'connecting charging pile infrastructure to every village'.

At the new energy vehicle charging station in Cambrian Town, Fuxian Lake National Tourist Resort, Chengjiang City, staff are inspecting and testing the operation interface of the charging station and the contact performance of the charging gun. 'There are many tourists during holidays, and the charging stations cover the village committee (community), greatly facilitating the charging of tourists. 'My wife and I went from Anning City to Fuxian Lake to play. Nowadays, electric car charging is very convenient, with many charging stations distributed and easy to find. It is economical and affordable. Previously, adding fuel once would cost more than 300 yuan, but now it can be fully charged for more than 20 yuan.' Zhang Ronghua, a tourist from Anning City, after simple operation and scanning the QR code, the electric car was fully charged in about half an hour.

Mafang Village is located in Jihua Village Committee, Yousuo Street Office, Chengjiang City, Yuxi City. Mafang Village has a profound cultural heritage and abundant natural tourism resources, making it the most beautiful village at the provincial level in Yunnan. 'Since the construction of the charging station in Mafang Village, charging has become more convenient. I often bring my family to play nearby during holidays and enjoy leisure time in the countryside,' said Mr. Liu, the car owner excitedly.

'With the development of tourism in Chengjiang, after the construction of charging stations, it is more convenient for tourists to charge. In addition, our homestays have a high cost performance ratio, and tourists also like to stay here. As a result, there are more and more tourists coming to Mafang Village,' said Yang Yue, the person in charge of Xifengjing Inn in Xingfu Mafang Village, Chengjiang City, Yuxi City.

The implementation of 'village to village access' for new energy vehicle charging stations has further enhanced the service guarantee capacity of public charging infrastructure in and around Chengjiang City, providing basic services for the popularization of new energy vehicles.
